Harper-Simonsen Franchise Coaching provides a wide range of services to assist franchisees and franchisors in all aspects of their business from the unique perspective of having been franchisees and founding franchisors. 

We specialize in assisting established franchisors to identify any problems specific to their business, and implement processes that will correct those problems.  We also work with new franchisors to develop and implement their initial set-up and provide ongoing planning and coaching services.                                  

We will never produce cookie-cutter templates or a service plan based on another company's experience.  Clients will find the personalized services and complete attention to their own details critical to their success.
